Open Question: Driving from Massachusetts to Florida, what sights should I be sure to see?

In March me and my husband are driving from Massachusetts to Florida to visit relatives. Neither of us have ever been further south than New York, which isn't really south! We'll be passing through New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, the Carolinas, and Georgia. Being a 22 hour car ride, we'll really need some stops to break it up!
