Open Question: will a mortgage company give you a convention loan on a house at only 30,000?

home in Maryland, forclosure, needs work on the market at 29,900 i have 5 grand to put down on the house, its been a while but last time i checked they were asking for 10% on a conventional loan. Is it possible to get a mortgage on a property this low or would you have to pay for the whole thing? or would i be able to get somekind of personal loan for 30,000?... Read More »
